Get involved in Late Night Art Bangor

Right now there are two ways to become involved in Late Night Art Bangor.

Option 1: As a LNA Bangor Venue

If you are an established arts or cultural venue (for example galleries, libraries, workshops, studios, performance spaces) you can be featured on the map as a LNA Venue. You simply open on the last Thursday of the month from 6-9pm. It would be great if you can hold any launches or openings to coincide with LNA. And if you can offer visitors a free glass of wine or coffee etc. – even better.

If you are a business holding a live showcase of creativity we’ll add you to the map for the month you’ve got something going on. You share the word on your socials and use the hashtag #LNABangor

(Showcase ideas: this not an exhaustive list – Pop up exhibition, live performance, participative workshop, craft demonstration, pop up craft market)

Option 2: As an Artist

Why not pair up with a venue and do a pop-up exhibition or demo of your work? It could be one of the businesses that already takes part in Late Night Art, or a new collaboration. Visit the existing venues during Late Night Art and see what each of them have to offer.

Or approach individual businesses directly and tell them what you’ve got in mind. And if you’re a Bangor based artist you can join our Creative Gathering WhatsApp group, which already has more than 70 local artists involved – a good place to meet and share ideas and information.
